Recruiting Coordinator
The qualified candidate will support our recruiters and candidates with completing the hiring process. Primary function around onboarding new hires and completing drug and background check requirements per client standards.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with a high level of confidentiality and sense of urgency.
- Data input, organization, and management.
- Email and follow up.
- Close attention to detail.
- Develops and presents data to other members of the organization.
- Prepare reports.
- Maintains a high level of technical expertise and procedural knowledge.
- Frequent contact with others outside the work group.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word and Excel and internet skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communications skills.
- High level interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and document tasks.
- Broad knowledge of technology in areas to which assigned.
- Knowledge of corporate/unit policies and procedures.
- Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
- Candidates must have advanced Excel skills, be very comfortable contacting co-workers and candidates for information and data, populating large Excel files, and managing those files, etc. The candidate will be required to make phone calls, populate and manage, add/delete and update large, critical excel files, candidate information and database files etc.
- Ability to work remotely with sufficient internet connection.
