Talascend is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Engine Field Service Technician position located in Morgan City, LA. 

Responsibilities:
  • Techs must be available anytime, day or night, with the ability to be to the shop within 30-60 minutes.
  • Techs will take drive their own vehicle to the shop and then ride with another tech to the job site in a service truck.
  • Only senior level technicians are allowed to have work vehicles.
  • A sea trial must be done after every repair, so candidates must be open to sea trials.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • High horse power - must have
  • Heavy duty engines
  • Internal engine repair
  • Overhaul
  • After treatment/Wet manifold
  • Fuel systems
  • Troubleshooting
