Supply Planner
SUMMARY:
As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. With your expertise in supply planning, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials and products to meet customer demand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies, monitor inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our supply chain and make a significant impact on our business. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you'll work out of our 1 location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct demand forecasting and analysis to optimize supply planning
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment
- Conducting demand forecasting and analysis to optimize supply planning
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in supply planning or related field
- Proficiency with supply planning tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
WE VALUE:
- APICS certification or relevant supply chain certifications
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
