Talascend is currently seeking a Operations Support Manager for a contract opportunity in Indianapolis, IN.
SUMMARY:
The Operations Support team was established in 2019 as a team who supports the global Civil supply chain to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk using a set of processes and techniques developed within the team to turbocharge solutions. You will support the Supplier Management Teams with the deployment and coaching of the client production system to drive supply chain performance at all levels. Under the leadership of the Global Head of Operations Support the team works with specific suppliers or plants to define the support program and provide transparency on resources and activities required to address performance issues. They dedicate their time with the specific supply chain, leading the execution of the support program and integrate across organizational boundaries to deliver it. In this role you will travel up to 75% domestically with limited international travel for training.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree and 8 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR
- Master's degree and 4 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR
- JD/PhD degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR
- 10 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, in lieu of a degree
- In order to be considered eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous operational/manufacturing, planning & control, program management, engineering, and SMT knowledge/experience
- Experience using SAP
- Experience with Project/Program Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
