Talascend is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager for a contract opportunity located in Lansing, MI. to oversee all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing policies and procedures that ensure the safety, functionality, and overall well-being of the facility.

- Act as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staffing, budgeting, and vendor relations to ensure seamless building operations.
- Schedule and coordinate all repairs, maintenance work, and routine site inspections.
- Respond to client and occupant requests in a prompt, professional, and positive manner.
- Ensure all reports, logs, and documentation are completed with accuracy and submitted on time.
- Monitor the property to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs for all machinery, equipment, and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets related to contracts, equipment, supplies, and maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, documentation processes, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
- Ability to analyze operational trends and project future expenses and revenue accurately.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in facility or property management required.
