An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join our Engineering Technology and Safety organization. In the E24S Programme Management team, we work hand-in-hand with engineering delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of projects—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. These projects span everything from in-service improvements to pioneering next-generation New Product Introduction (NPI) and advanced technology development.

- Software and Hardware Integration – Strong knowledge of C++ and Linux
- Simulation Background – Experience in engine controls within the aerospace industry preferred; automotive experience acceptable
- Methodologies – Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall development processes is a plus (not required)
- Lead the planning and execution of E24S projects for Engineering Development Programmes
- Take full ownership for delivering assigned packages of work on time, within budget, and to specification
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and plans (Microsoft Project), and integrate them into the master programme schedule
- Track and report project progress through the full lifecycle while managing effective customer relationships
- Make critical programme management decisions and maintain strong stakeholder engagement
- Apply best practices in project management aligned with company standards, incorporating continuous improvement and lean methodologies
- Lead and support project estimation activities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (engineering or project management preferred)
- Preferably a member of the Association of Programme Management (APM) or equivalent
- Proven experience in programme/project management in engineering-related industries
- Knowledge of systems and software development lifecycles (V or W model); agile/waterfall development experience is a plus
- Experience leading aerospace programmes through certification and into service is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in MRP systems, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and reporting/data visualization tools
