Talascend is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a Sr. Project Manager position located in Newark, CA. 

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an outgoing influencer, highly skilled Sr Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and strategic alignment across the organization. This role will focus on process optimization, lifecycle management frameworks, swimlane process mapping, RASIC methodology, and change management to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings OEM industry experience, excels in facilitation workshops and training, and possesses strong organizational and stakeholder management skills to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project & Process Management:
• Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects using lifecycle management frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals.
• Apply swimlane process mapping and RASIC methodology to define clear roles, responsibilities, and process ownership across functions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions for continuous operational enhancement.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:
• Lead facilitation workshops to gather business requirements, drive alignment, and support decision-making across leadership teams.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and workflows.
• Translate complex project requirements into actionable roadmaps, communicating effectively across various business units.
Training & Organizational Development:
• Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams on new tools, methodologies, and process improvements.
• Establish best practices for project governance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Maintain structured documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process playbooks, and workflow guides..


QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operations in a corporate or OEM environment.
• Expertise in process mapping (swimlane methodology), RASIC, and lifecycle management frameworks.
• Strong experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation workshops.
• High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Jira, Tableau, or other project management and data analytics tools.
• Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills to drive process adoption and efficiency.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or PROSCI Change Management certification is a plus.
