Talascend is currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician for a W-2 contract position in Huntsville, Alabama.
HOURS: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday.
SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for someone who is positive, self-sufficient, with a can-do attitude. This individual will work in an office space, managing their day-to-day tasks as assigned.

- Answer support tickets.
- Document support provided accurately.
- Communicate via phone, email, or in-person.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 3+ years of troubleshooting experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Imaging Computers (Pixie Imaging)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Troubleshooting experience with Windows OS
