We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team, in a fully remote, direct hire role.  We offer a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday and PTO.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions across various industries
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse recruiting methods
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage the hiring process efficiently
  • Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
  • Negotiate job offers for new hires
  • Perform other duties, as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the engineering or IT sectors.  Agency experience preferred. 
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work remotely with sufficient internet connection.
  • Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate search databases and automated applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong investigative and a proactive approach to resourcing
  • High School diploma required
  • Candidates with a BA/BS degree preferred
