Event Producer
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Event Producer to join our team. The Event Producer is a contract role and will be responsible for supporting and owning holistic event programs from overall event management to specific ownership of key event workstreams such as brand activations, experiential executions, community events, trade shows and more. This role sits within the Corporate Communications team, reporting to the Senior Events Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support overall event management on a number of events and workstreams, including pre-production logistics planning, creative briefing and deployment, cross-functional stakeholder management, agency briefing and management, onsite execution and post-event reporting.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to develop a comprehensive program brief and timeline aligned to the business objectives and goals and manage against this plan.
- Partner with internal creative teams for creative ideation, briefing & deployment as well as collecting and sharing comprehensive feedback adhering to the creative vision, budget and resourcing requirements.
- Track, collect, and report on event metrics, and analyze program elements for effectiveness to measure success and improvement recommendations.
- Own end-to-end event logistics and vendor management, including audio/visual needs, food and beverage, travel and transportation, and graphic design elements.
- Work with 3rd party event agencies, guiding them to drive quality outcomes while maintaining high motivation, dedication and timely delivery of program deliverables.
- Manage vendors and staff on site at events, including developing and leading trainings, ensuring adherence to key messaging and delivering feedback to ensure a cohesive, high-quality brand representation
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience producing events at an agency or brand, preferably in the technology or transportation industries
- Experience supporting multiple aspects of event production, including: Account (e.g., logistics & scheduling). Production (e.g., operations & fabrication) and Creative (e.g., strategy & creative development).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively and strategically engage with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high attention to detail to drive results.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team and remain nimble in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to travel up to 15-25% of the time, including some weekends.
- B2C events expertise is a plus, as is agency management experience.

Pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
