Legal Attorney
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check on weekly updates from all groups within Legal teams
- Identify top issues and investigate deeper into the background, progress and plans.
- Prepare weekly reports for management on chosen topics
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Summarize cases and their application
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from accredited law school required
- 3+ years of legal work experience required
- Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
- 5 days fully onsite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations
