Talascend is currently seeking an Employee Experience Manager for a W-2 contract position located in Andover, Massachusetts.

LOCATION:
  • This position is 100% on-site.

SUMMARY:
The Employee Experience Manager role involves overseeing the development, installation, and ongoing support of conference and meeting room solutions, as well as managing site amenities, work requests, and enhancing the overall experience for colleagues and guests.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the single point of contact for GetService requests, providing status updates as needed.
  • Monitor email inbox and Community Manager hotline (x3000), responding promptly and prioritizing urgent issues.
  • Communicate meeting details to appropriate internal and external audiences; support meeting planning and coordination.
  • Provide on-site support for high-visibility corporate events, town halls, and colleague engagement initiatives (e.g., cooking classes, food trucks).
  • Manage room bookings, triage colleague requests, and coordinate conference room setups, including food deliveries and facilities support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for colleagues and contractors, connecting them to site resources, services, and amenities.
  • Coordinate event intake and planning, ensuring all timelines, AV, and catering needs are communicated and met.
  • Oversee event execution and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and no safety or security incidents.
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper delivery of event-related services.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
  • Support visitor management, including greeting, orientation, and site familiarization.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, conduct biweekly site tours, and participate in Welcome Week activities.
  • Provide intuitive workplace support, anticipating and responding to colleague needs.
  • Update digital signage on campus CCTV system.
  • Assist the Soft Service Coordinator with delegated tasks as needed.

EDUCATION:
  • Associates degree or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 – 5 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations, property management, or related profession.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge and experience with conference room technologies such as video conferencing systems, audio systems, presentation equipment, and room control systems.
