SR Project Engineer
OVERVIEW:
As a Sr Project Engineer, you will be part of shaping and driving the turbomachinery engineering strategy across our organization. Providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams, you will lead advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability. Collaboration with stakeholders to define and establish projects goals and metrics will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage complex projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Provide technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- System, design, or mechanical level experience
