Marketing Operations Analyst
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
OVERVIEW:
Marketing Operations Analyst to manage game promotions, revenue-driving campaigns, and user engagement initiatives within the store. This role involves setting up and managing promotions using internal tools to drive user engagement, retention, and revenue. The coordinator will also help monitor promotion performance, analyzing key metrics - including revenue impact - to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with game publishers, marketing, and operation teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns while supporting business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning, executing, and managing game promotions in the Galaxy Store to drive engagement and revenue
- Use internal tools to set up, monitor, and optimize promotions, special offers, and featured placements
- Support revenue-driven campaigns, helping to ensure promotional strategies align with business objectives and revenue goals
- Work with game publishers and marketing teams to maximize the impact of game promotions
- Ensure that game promotions, discount offers, and in-store placements are properly set up in internal tools
- Track promotion performance using key metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact
- Work with performance reports to analyze store curation and promotion performance, ensuring visibility into key trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Korean/English bilingual is STRONGLY preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in mobile game promotions, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with dashboard or reporting tools to track promotion performance
- Understanding of revenue-related KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, ARPU, sales trend)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Basic experience with Python for data analysis is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience conducting A/B testing and user behavior analysis to optimize promotions
