ServiceNow Technical Lead
While this role allows fully remote work, candidates must reside in the USA, be willing to work standard business hours (EST) and be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Overview
This role involves leading and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to align with strategic goals, ensuring seamless platform performance, and supporting IT initiatives for a leading energy company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow product roadmap, aligning with architectural and organizational strategies.
- Manage backlog prioritization, vendor coordination, UAT testing, production validation, and milestone achievement.
- Oversee technical and operational aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including vendor performance and escalation management.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization to maximize business value.
- Ensure compliance with SLA requirements, regulatory standards, and IT controls.
- Plan and lead strategic initiatives, upgrades, disaster recovery events, and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver efficient and effective business solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- 4+ years of experience in project implementation strategy.
- 2+ years of experience developing test strategies for complex projects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and IT analysis methodologies.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
Preferred: CMMI and ITIL certifications.
