Customer Service Representative-Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supporting customers through any service inquiries or problems and taking any appropriate corrective action to initiate repair, return or field servicing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer email / phone requests, place parts orders, create quotes for service, update orders, assign work to field techs
- Establishing company guides on servicing and repairs and maintaining logs, records, and files on repairs.
- May escalate more complex issues.
- Works to achieve day-to-day objectives that consist of non-routine activities and have significant impact on the work output.
- Works independently under limited supervision.
- Solves initially unclear problems and issues, which may require some analysis to understand and resolve.
- May be required to use discretion within the family's normal operating procedure to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the family.
- Communicates with contacts typically on same project and within the family to obtain or provide information on matters of moderate importance to the job family.
- Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with Salesforce system
- Has a basic understanding of all aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered.
- Overnight position: 11pm - 7am EST; rotating weekends after 90 days.
