Talascend is currently seeking a Site Manager for a contract opportunity in Hollywood, FL.

SUMMARY:

The Site Manager plays a critical role in coordinating all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record-keeping. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the facility by overseeing policies and procedures, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining strong communication with all parties involved. The Site Manager ensures that the facility remains secure, well-maintained, and operational at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and site inspections to maintain the facility in top condition.
  • Respond positively and promptly to all requests from clients and occupants, addressing concerns and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation, reports, and records are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with internal policies.
  • Regularly monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, minimizing any risks or hazards.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Plan, administer, and manage budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations and expenditures.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems, documentation, and administration processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and occupants.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as necessary to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Capable of analyzing business trends to project future revenues and expenses.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel for day-to-day operations and reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in property management, facilities, or a similar field is required.
